ISO 22301 FastTrack 20: Get certification-ready in three months

Specially formulated for small organisations with up to 20 employees, this service will help you achieve ISO 22301 certification in just three months for a one-off fee.

How does FastTrack work?

The ISO 22301 FastTrack 20 package puts your project in the hands of an experienced consultant who will help you develop a BCMS that works for you.

Your consultant will make sure that all ISO 22301 requirements are met in a way that embraces any existing practices, controls and documentation, in addition to providing the other important elements of the BCMS. This ensures that you can achieve certification with minimal business disruption.

This service ensures you have a BCMS capable of certification within three months. If you intend to seek certification, the service can be extended with our ISO 22301 FastTrack 20 Managed Service, which provides additional ongoing support through to certification and beyond.

The service includes:

• Collating information to define the scope of the BCMS and facilitate management approval of essential documents;
• Developing the project’s goals, and ensuring that both the project and BCMS deliver their objectives;
• Compiling a list of the requirements for each BCMS process and making sure they are met;
• Establishing the management framework, covering leadership, planning and support;
• Addressing all processes and controls, including documentation and training;
• Establishing processes for measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of the BCMS; and
• Planning, conducting, reporting and following up on internal audits before the certification audit.

End-to-end support

You’ll be assigned a qualified consultant who will undertake all the key activities of setting up a working ISO 22301 BCMS that reflects your business objectives and requirements, and is suitably scaled to the size of your organisation.
